There are 3D verifications for domestic and foreign credit cards. When payment is made, payment must be made by entering the 3D verification data through the mobile phone message. The 3D verification request is sent by the consumer's card issuing bank. If there are related issues, please Confirm with the issuing bank.
※In accordance with the Customs Clearance Policy, shipments to mainland China will be delivered only when the order well noted with “the ID Card Number of recipient” and “ the color scanned copy of recipient’s ID” . Please send above information to [email protected] after placing orders.
Not all products on the website are eligible for international shipping. If the product cannot be shipped overseas, the message “This product will not be shipped overseas” will be marked on the product page. If the marked product is placed in a shopping cart, it cannot be sent to overseas regions with other eligible products. Order of the marked product must be cancelled then the order of other products can be checked out and completed the shopping process.
The possible reasons for not able to ship to oversea:
1. Authorized product is limited by the terms of selling region.
2. The item has been prohibited and restricted from import. (Please refer to list of import restrictions by nations)

The shipping fee will be added automatically at the checkout page. Hong Kong, Macao and Mainland China is shipped by SF Express, and other region is shipped by DPEX.
For non-business address (i.e. residential address) in Hong Kong, an additional non-business area fee $30 HKD is charged by SP Express. If the non-business address is located at remote area, then there is only remote area proceeding fee is added.(SP Express/ DPEX reserve the right of final explanations of "remote area")
※If the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight, then the shipment fee will be charged according to the volumetric weight.
※FREE shipping is not eligible for non-Taiwan region.
1. Each shipping company will adjust shipping cost on irregular basis, please refer to the actual shipping cost that generate when ordering.
2. There are different tax rates by different countries. If the parcel is charged with GST or remote area fee, customer has to bear the cost if needed.
3. If the parcel does not arrive on schedule after it is sent, please contact the customer service as soon as possible.

If the return is cause by personal preferences, the shipping fee of this return will not be refund. If the return is cause by the defective product, please contact the customer service first. ．We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first, or send after the 7-day free return period, iROO cannot proceed your refund or return. The shipping fee will be made at your own cost.
．Please choose the right way to ship back the goods. If we do not receive your returning parcel, or its condition is worn or lost, your right may be affected, and you may have to bear the cost to restore depending on its condition.
．Note: your returning goods must be in 100% new condition and in original packing; please be aware of the complete condition of product itself/accessories/freebies. Do not lost any accessories or worn on original packing box.

．If the shipping address is not correct and is found before delivering, the order must be cancelled and re-place a new order with the correct information.

．If the address/phone or mobile number/recipient’s name are not fill in correctly and therefore causing a failure of delivery, plus contacting the recipient within two days is not possible, the parcel will be return, and iROO will contact you via email, the order will be cancelled, and two-way freight fee and taxes will be deducted from the refund.
iROO will issue the refund as the original payment method within 10-15 business days after receiving the items, invoice, and finishing the scrutiny. The amount will refund to your credit card account. The receiving date depends on the closing date of your issuing bank.
