To simplify and shorten the shopping process, iROO does not provide product exchange service, only return service.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of delivery in original condition, please submit your return request online. (If you bought 3 items, one item that is not right for you, you can return the one that does not suit you.)

If the returned goods amount is less than $2500,you wil be charged  shipping fee.

Return policy:
1.If you need to make a return, please apply it one day after your receiving date.
2. 7- day free return period would be counted from the day after your receiving date.

How to submit an online return request:
1. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
2. Go to "MY ACCOUNT"-->go to "orders"-->Select the order for return.
3. Please wrap the goods in good condition, we will send a delivery person to get the goods you would like to return within three days, please keep your phone available.

Overseas return policy:
Please contact Customer Service by sending an email within 7 days of receipt of delivery, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you soon and see if the item is returnable. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
If the confirmation email of return is send, please follow the instruction to wrap the package and note "return" on it. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. Please send the package to the following address:

We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first, or send after the trial period, iROO cannot proceed your refund or return. The shipping fee will be made at your own cost.
Please choose the right way to ship back the goods. If we do not receive your returning goods, or its condition is worn or lost, your right may be affected, and you may have to bear the cost $200NTD to restore depending on its condition. Other terms related to refund please go to "Return and Refund".

Overseas refund;
After iROO receiving your package and finishing scrutiny, we will proceed the refund request within 3 business days, the exact date that you receive the refund depends on the policy of your bank.

You have one free exchange service (Taiwan limited) within 7-day free return period. If you would like to exchange your item at physical stores, please bring your invoice and original packing within 7 days. Exchange service is not eligible after 7-day free return period.

1.  In order to support the energy saving and carbon reduction, iROO will not provide a physical membership card. iROO service personnel will check with member's account that she/he wishes to accumulate the purchase amount in and will update the amount into our system accordingly.

2.  Membership validity period will be one year, from the membership join date.

3.  Members shall be responsible for ensuring that the accumulated amount is accurate at the time of transaction. Request to accumulate the purchase amount after the transaction is not allowed.

4.  iROO membership account is for the account holder only. Any sharing and transferring activities are not allowed.

5.  After the membership valid date expires, iROO system will, based on the member's accumulated purchase amount, execute the update / downgrade of membership status. In addition, accumulated purchase amount will be adjusted to zero after the expiration date every year. The membership will be discontinued when member does not make any purchase within one year. However, the membership will be reactivated at the time of making the purchase.

6.  Customers are kindly asked to provide the correct information such as: name, date of birth, telephone number, email address, and mailing address. For members who wish to make amendments to such information, members shall fill out the Membership Amendment Application Form at any iROO outlet.

7.  Birthday voucher are valid for use at any iROO outlet in Singapore and it will be valid for 1 month (Birthday Month).

8.  Multinational accumulation will not be accepted.

9.  iROO may at any time and in its absolute discretion, amend or terminate the privileges and Terms and Conditions.

iROO will issue the refund as the original payment method after receiving the items, invoice, and finishing the scrutiny.

Refund methods:

1. Credit card:
After receiving the return and finish the inspection, the refund will be swiped back to your credit card account, which takes about 3~5 days, it depends on your credit card settlement date. The refund amount may be listed in this month or next month bill.
2. Cash on delivery:
Please attach the bank refund information when applying for returning goods – purchaser only (please provide bank name, branch, account number, account name), it will take about 7 to 10 working days to complete the refund!

1. Return is not allowed after 7-day free return period.
2. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. The price tag is cut, item is washed, size modified, or other additional processing, lost or worn in detail/accessories.
4. Freebie is not return together.
